She has lived in the East Kootenay for most of her life, and every transaction gets both the professional side and the local one: what the house is worth, and what it is like to live on that street.
She believes that buying or selling a home is one of life's most meaningful decisions, and approaches each client relationship with care, integrity, and a strong commitment to doing things right. Her goal is to guide clients confidently through every step of the process, from the first conversation to long after the sale is complete.
Having called Kimberley and the surrounding area home for most of her life, Cathy possesses a deep understanding of the local communities, neighbourhoods, and lifestyle that make the region so special. That is how she helps buyers find a place that feels like home.
When she is not working she is camping, out on the paddle board, or on the mountain bike trails above town, and always with the dogs. Family and community come first, and her spare time shows it.
